Beginner Quilting Class

As the name suggests, this class is perfect for beginners!

Discover the wonderful world of quilting as you learn the essential techniques to create your very own quilt from start to finish.

Throughout this course, you will learn:

• How to make 6 different beginner-friendly quilt blocks

• How to assemble the blocks into rows

• How to create and attach quilt borders

• How to layer the quilt top, batting, and backing in preparation for stitch-in-the-ditch quilting

• How to make and attach the binding for a beautiful finish

• How to create a personalized quilt label and, if desired, add a hanging sleeve

Finished Quilt Size: 53" × 53" (135 × 135 cm)

Prerequisites: Participants must know how to operate their sewing machine and have the appropriate quilting presser feet.
